It's actually a J.C. Higgins sold by Sears in the early 50's, the 51 might have actually been the year they sometimes do models like that. In good condition it's $250 near the excellent to new $500+ I, rclark137@cox.net , have a rifle with Sears & Roebuck engraved on barrel. It has Belgion (mouser) bolt action 30-06.
