Without examining your coin in person it's hard to put a value on it. There were two varieties struck the first year. The small motto variety retails for $120 to $30,000 depending on condition, while the large motto variety goes for less than 10% of those prices.
If the coin is a Proof, the prices could go much higher.

There were both pennies and 2-cent coins minted in 1864 but they're different coins. A "two cent penny" is like saying "a five cent dime".

Tough era to evaluate. There are so many factors involved, including paper type, plate, grill marks and ink colors. You would be best off to educate yourself using a stamp catalog to learn about it. The value can be anything from a few cents to several hundred dollars. A stamp show or dealer in your area can also be a big help.
An Indian Head cent from 1860 retails for about $10 if well-worn, up to about $60 if almost uncirculated.
