Canada didn't issue nickels until 1922. If you're referring to a silver 5-cent coin, its value as of 10/2013 ranges from about $7 in very worn condition to around $100 in almost-uncirculated condition.

It's not a rare date. In circulated condition, it's worth a few cents. A nice uncirculated one may be worth a dollar or two.

In bad condition around $1 but the better it gets and the less wear there is it could be worth a maximum of $6.

Anywhere from $4.40 to $210. In the future please add a description or condition of the coin so I can value it more precisely for you.
