Please check around. You'll find this question posted hundreds of times. "TRVST" is not a misspelling. In the 1920s it was common for artists to use the Latin alphabet for classically-themed designs. Latin only had 24 letters. V served as both a consonant and a vowel, a bit like the letter Y does in English. The letter U wasn't created until the Middle Ages. All Peace dollars have the same usage.

1922 is such a common date for silver dollars that the value is only for the silver content. With current silver prices, a '22 Peace dollar is worth about $21. To sell one, either take it to a coin dealer, or post it on eBay.

It's the word TRUST spelled with a 'V' because the Latin alphabet does not have a 'U' in it. All Peace dollars have this spelling and so do Standing Liberty Quarters.
