1927 would be a Peace dollar, as the last year for Morgans was 1921. Lucky for you, '27 isn't as common as other years, so there's more value to it than just the silver content. At present, it's worth around $30.

All Peace dollars have this. It's just a normal part of the design and adds nothing to the value.
The coin is a PEACE Dollar not a Liberty Dollar. 1927 is a little better date for the series with retail values for circulated examples from $16.00 to $30.00 depending on the actual grade of the coin.
