These are still in circulation today and unless there is something very special about your particular coin then it is worth 2p (£0.02)
The British "New Penny" was made from bronze from 1971 to 1992.
If you have a New Penny struck on a cupro-nickel blank, you have a curiosity.
A reputable coin dealer will be able to confirm your coin as genuine and give a valuation.
A 1971 British new penny is worth around $0.20 if in good condition and $0.50 if uncirculated. It is minted with the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on one side.

This Jefferson nickel is still found in circulation and is face value.
Unless it's proof or uncirculated, 5 cents. It's a Jefferson nickel not a Monticello nickel.
The "New Penny" coin was first issued in 1971. It is very unlikely that you would see a 1967 "New Penny" even as a "mule" with a date earlier than 1971. The Royal Mint would have been busily producing 5 and 10 New pence coins at that time in preparation for their release in 1968. However, nothing is impossible. Any coin with a "genuine" minting flaw would have some value, above the usual, as a collectible coin. Genuinely flawed coins are not necessarily known about or documented until somebody turns up with one, since they are an "accident" of the minting process, and have escaped detection during quality control at the mint therefore, a valuation cannot be anticipated. A reputable coin dealer should be able to identify and confirm the coin as genuine and make a valuation.

Maybe 25 cents
It's worth 2 cents for the copper.
Average value is $1.00 for a proof 1971-S lincoln cent.
It's a novelty coin that was not made at the mint and has no collectible value.
One U.S. dollar in 1971 would be about the same as $5.62 in 2012.
