There are no reports of any printing errors on 1976-series US $2 bills. Please check again; if the word is definitely incorrect you probably have a counterfeit.
No more than face value - there were many thousands printed. The only exception is if there is something 'wrong' with it - like a misprint, or a design flaw.

Right idea, wrong words- in the PEACE silver dollar- 1921-35 none issued in 1929 owing to depression-naturally. Okay the word Trust is spelled in the Latin style TRVST and not Liberty . this was to play up the Latin effect. the designer was an Italian-American and the Girl on the face was partly patterned after his wife. on the other hand there is little doubt the Morgan dollar was patterned after the ancient Greek Decadrachma of Syracuse with only minor changes to accommodate Liberty on the Hat , etc.The Decadrachma of Syracuse is a very valuable and Big Ancient coin.
