ALL U.S. coins have the word LIBERTY on them, and in 1896 all silver (and gold) coins also had a picture of Miss Liberty on the front, so saying "liberty" coin doesn't help to ID it. In addition, coins have mint marks, not "mints"; the mint is the building where the coins are made.
A 1979 Susan B. Anthony dollar coin with no mint mark is typically worth its face value of $1 if in circulated condition. If the coin is uncirculated and in mint condition, it may be worth a bit more to collectors, around $1.50 to $3.
Please note that ALL American coins carry the word LIBERTY so that's not an identifying mark.
In any case a 1979 Philadelphia-mint coin found in circulation is almost certainly worth only face value, regardless of its denomination.
