If the body is mostly rust free and straight, and the frame is straight, a good 325e will usually need new rubber on all windows, a new cooling system (radiator, water pump, hoses, belts), brakes and tires and minor cosmetic work. You can usually pick one up in California or Arizona for $3000-to 4000 in good condition, and the work will cost a minimum of $2000. I would therefore value a really well cared for 325e of early vintage (1984-85) at $5000; however, be prepared to still spend money on clutch kits, interiors, and other replacement parts. Also, good luck in this economy getting the full value of $5000 plus. The only exception would be an unbelievably low odometer setting (say, less than 120,000). Expect to find models with mileage of greater than 185,000 or so on even good running vehicles. Make sure and check the motor and transmission out thoroughly before buying.
Roughly face value unless it's in exceptionally good condition.
It would depend on condition of the treadmill, if it is in good condition it could have a great resale value, if it is not in like new condition it will not have a good resale value.
