The US didn't print any $2 bills dated 1985. In any case, $2 bills issued since 1976 are all current circulation notes and are worth face value only, unless they are in original uncirculated condition.

1985 is too new to have any extra value. Even if it's crisp and uncirculated it only retails for about $5.50.

Face value only. It would have to be a LOT older than 1985 for it to have any value as a collectable, unless there was something interesting (for example, a printing error) that made it worth more.
