I cannot find any reference to an Australian gold coin from any year with an eagle on it. Do you have any further information?
These coins are no longer in circulation, but unless they are part of a Proof or Uncirculated mint set or are individual Proof or Uncirculated coins and in absolute mint condition, they are worth 2 cents. An Australian 1987 2 cent coin was only ever released as part of a Mint set. An Australian 1987 bronze 2 cent coin (Elizabeth II)(Proof), uncirculated and in absolute mint condition could fetch up to $5 AUD. A reputable coin dealer will be able to give a more accurate valuation.
It appears on all denominations of the Gold Eagle coin, the gold 2015 U.S. Marshall $5 Commemorative, the 1987 gold $5 Constitution commemorative, the 1991 gold $5 Mount Rushmore commemorative. The eagle appears on many U.S. gold coins.

With the dates of 1987 & 1992 they can't be State Quarters first year for state quarters was 1999. If the coins have Washington's Head on both sides they're novelty coins and have no collectible value at all.
