These coins were never issued for circulation and were mostly from the "mint your own coin" machines operated by the Royal Australian Mint at various Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney venues.

An Australian 1994 bronze-aluminium One Dollar coin (Elizabeth II)(Dollar Decade commemorative)(mintmark = "C", "M" or "S"), uncirculated and in absolute mint condition and the original packaging, could fetch up to $23 AUD.

An Australian 1994 bronze-aluminium One Dollar coin (Elizabeth II)(Dollar Decade commemorative)(Proof)(Coin Fair - no mintmark), uncirculated and in absolute mint condition and the original packaging, could fetch up to $110 AUD.

There were 105,090 minted with a mintmark of "C" (Canberra).

There were 79,256 minted with a mintmark of "M" (Melbourne).
