In current legal tender $100 note. However in 1878 there was a $10,000 note and a "demand note" with a value of $50,000,000 was issued in 1861.
Please re-check your bill. You'll find that it's a Federal Reserve Note. Silver certificates were last printed in the late 1950s, and then only as $1 bills. Unless it's uncirculated, a 1995 $2 FRN is worth only face value.

In perfect uncirculated condition, a 1995 $5 US Dollar note is worth $10. In any other quality, it is worth face value ($5).

It is worth exactly one Australian dollar, unless the note is somehow rarer or worth more to a collector.
The last Australian One Dollar note was issued in 1982 and they were progressively withdrawn from circulation after the introduction of the One Dollar coin in 1984.
