The "Car Race" design was the standard reverse design on general circulation Isle of Man (heptagonal) 20 Pence coins from 1996 to 1999 inclusive.
These coins are still potentially in circulation so, unless they are part of a Proof or Uncirculated mint set or are individual Proof or Uncirculated coins and in absolute mint condition, they are worth 20 Pence in the Isle of Man.
The Isle of Man currency (Manx Pound)(IMP) is pegged at par with the British Pound Sterling (GBP) and the Isle of Man decimal coinage, for the most part, resembles the dimensions, composition and history to the equivalent British Coins. Isle of Man currency is "legal tender" only in the Isle of Man, and is not acceptable tender in Britain.
The three legs on the reverse of many Isle of Man coins is the national symbol of the Isle of Man and is referred to as a "Triskelion".
The date is on the coin's obverse side, but even without that fact, the wording NEW PENCE instead of just PENCE indicates it was minted some time between 1971 and 1981, following the transition to full decimal coinage. Assuming the coin was found in change, it's a very common circulation piece so it has no added value above 2 pence. If the two pence coin that says NEW PENCE, and it is from 1983, then it could be worth up to £600.

Take the boat from Vine Isle. If you don't know how to get to Vine Isle go to Jungle Isle and go back into the docks to Vine.
I BOUGHT A SET OF ALL 3 TOKENS IN UNCIRCULATED CONDITION BACK AROUND 1980. I FOUND OUT THAT THE MINTAGE OF THESE TOKENS WAS RATHER LOW. THE 1/2 PENCE PIECE HAD A MINTAGE OF 2000 PIECES. THE 1 PENCE AND 6 PENCE WAS ABOUT 2500 APIECE. I PAID $53 FOR 1/2 PENCE. $30 FOR THE 1 PENCE AND $41 FOR THE 6 PENCE PIECE. WHAT RESEARCH I HAVE FOUND THEY ARE WORTH ABOUT TRIPLE THAT TODAY. TED
The US has never denominated coins in pence, only cents. And in any case "pence" is plural so no coin would show the denomination "one pence". If by any chance you have a large copper coin about the size of a half dollar with the words ONE CENT on the back, you have what's called a Large Cent.
