It can't be any of the above.
The US didn't print any bills of any kind dated 2000
The last $2 silver certificates were dated 1899.
The last silver certificates in any other denomination were $1 bills dated 1957.

Update:
There were so-called "Silver Certificates" produced in 2000. They aren't official US paper money; they are privately issued .999 pure silver. I just looked up a rough going price for them for my daughter. As of 11/06/2010 they are worth about $60 (US dollars).
The last US $2 silver certificates were dated 1899, and no $2 bills were printed with the date 2000. What you have is probably a privately issued replica intended to celebrate the year 2000. Unfortunately once the celebrations were over, there was almost no market for any memorabilia so it has very little collector value.
The Washington Mint is a private company NOT associated with the actual U.S. Mint. Any silver coin they produce is worth its bullion value only.
I'm not sure what you have. The word "Liberty" appears on the Sacagawea 'golden' dollar. If that is what you have, it's brass, not gold, and is worth $1. About a billion were made so feel free to spend it. A nice uncirculated one can be purchased from any coin dealer for about $1.50. If you have a large (40 mm) silver coin it's a bullion piece sold to collectors and investors; it's not for spending. Its value changes with the price of silver - check a site such as kitco.com or the financial section of a newspaper for the current price of 1 oz of silver.

It is worth quite a bit. Check with a paper money error specialist! Maybe $2000 or more.
Please check again and post a new question. No US $100 bills are dated 2000, and the last $100 silver certificates were printed in 1891.
1 dollar
well-worn = $350 lightly worn = $1000 crisp uncirculated = $2000 ... as of 12/22/09
Since silver certificates have not been produced since the 1960's, I assume that you're asking about a privately issued ingot that is cast in the shape of a dollar bill. I would guess that it is worth its bullion value (silver as of October 9, 2007 is $13.45 per troy ounce).
About $17.00.

Check the date again. These coins were not made in 2000.
It's a 2000 one-ounce Silver Eagle bullion coin and as of today is about $18.00
It's worth its weight in silver.
Sorry the US mint does not strike $5.00 silver coins
If you are referring to the 2000 Millennial Set, it has a value from $24 to about $15,000 depending upon the condition of the coins.
Sacagawea silver dollar coins were not minted in 1979. The first year of issue for Sacagawea dollar coins was 2000, and they are made of a copper-nickel clad composition, not silver.
