Made 1929
The value of a model 12 is greatly determined by condition and variation, for a general 12A (standard grade), a C is considered more collectible so would fall into or slightly exceed the higher values.

None of them say. 22 short, long, or long rifle round barrel 12-A octagon barrel 12-C 22 short (octagon) 12-B 22 Remington Special (octagon) 12-CS
They are two very different cases, minimally the barrel and breaches are different.
The Remington model 4 rolling block rifle was made between 1890-1933.If you have a model 4S military rifle, then these were made by Remington from 1913-1923.your rifle has either a 22.5in barrel,or a 24in barrel. These were chambered in .22,.25 Stevens,or 32 caliber.
The Model 4 is a rolling block. They made ~350,000 from 1890 to 1933 in calibers from 22 short to 32 long...
AnswerNo. In my research into this question, they dont come with a Remington barrel, but they say that the Remington model 11 barrel is interchangeable with the Savage 720, and visa versa. They will not be interchangeable with the Browning A5 barrel.
I'm guessing your talking about a Remington model 12-CS pump?If so it was made in early 1915.
Depends on condition, condition, and condition. If a model 12 which I assume since your not saying the model it's a early 12 and not marked. From 100 - 1,500 need condition.
If there are a model 12 (Octagon 12-C, Round probably a 12-A) 1917, 1911 If the are a model 121 the will be date code stamped on the barrel. That can be checked on the Remington Society of America here: http://remingtonsociety.com/rsa/questions/barrelcodes
It's probably a model 4 but you need to identify it, then it's all based on original condition, condition, and condition to determine value.
Remington made neither a shotgun or rifle model 1890, sounds like you are might be talking about a model 12-C or 12-CS pump rifle. Until it's identified correctly and a GOOD description of it's condition, valuation is impossible.
If it's a pump without a model on the side then it's a early model 12, this one was made in 1915. Which variation depends on round or octagon barrel or if it's short only or 22 remington special vs 22 rf.
