I just purchsed a used Marlin model 80G .22 s, l, lr rifle with a cheap 4 x 32 scope. I paid $179 at an Upstate NY, Gun Dealer.
It is a great general purpose, plinking, small game rifle, very accurate.
They do not however have any historical or collector value, unless the gun was used to kill someone famous, expect to get about $50 to $75 on the used wholesale market. A better idea would be to hold onto it and keep it around for groundhogs or plinking.
The value of a .22 caliber bolt action Marlin Model 20 rifle with a serial number 71377074 is between $100 and $400. The actual value varies greatly based on its overall condition and the potential buyer.

In order to determine the exact value of a Marlin model 1892 22 caliber octagon barrel lever action firearm, a couple factors would need to be taken into consideration. Most importantly, the condition of the firearm.
looking for value as well, a fellow has one for sale here in Canada for $150 with a scope.. Seems reasonable to me

The value depends on exactly what model and date of manufacture of Marlin rifle you have as well as any accessories. As a general rule a "Plain Jane" Marlin model 336 rifle in good condition or better sells for about $225-$300 on the used gun market.
You would have to supply a detailed description of the rifles overall condition to get a correct value.
Despite the question mark, you have not yet asked a question. The marlin Model 80 was a bolt action hunting quality .22 rimfire caliber rifle. Value will depend on condition, but is roughly in the $125-$150 range.
Depending on condition, a Marlin 1895 lever action in 45-70 sells for $400-$500.
