There is no such thing as a "Morgan $2 bill". George T. Morgan designed coins, not bills. Most red seal $2 bills are worth only a few dollars above face value, although they can retail for higher prices if in uncirculated condtion. Given that situation, sequential serial numbers add little or nothing to their value.

Enormous numbers of $2 bills were printed in 1976 for the Bicentennial celebration, so it's not unusual to find them with consecutive serial numbers. If they're from change, they have no extra value. Uncirculated ones might bring $3 to $4.
If it's series 1976 or later, it's worth two dollars. Anything before that begins to have collector value, but for a specific value, ask about a specific bill.
