Hi,

If the Alberta Prosperity certificate has a tiny 1 cent green stamp on it, it could be worth up to $250.00, based on the value listed in the E.S.J. van Dam Canadian Revenue Stamp Catalogue (31st edition). Catalogue number for the stamp is AP1. Not sure if the particular signature would increase or decrease the value. Hope this helps.
