If you have a large 38 mm-diameter coin struck in 2006 it's a commemorative worth about $20 as of 06/2009.
If your coin is smaller, please turn it over and look at the denomination. It's a HALF dollar.

Franklin half dollars are not rare or even scarce so if the coin has any wear at all, value is just for the silver about $16.00.
Please check your coin again. It's either not 1943 or not Ben Franklin. Half dollars dated 1916 to 1947 carry the Walking Liberty design. Franklin's picture was on the half dollar from 1948 to 1963.
No such coin exists. All the dimes that were made in 1985 feature FDR on them, not Ben Franklin (Franklin remains on the 100 dollar bill and was on the half dollar from 1948 until 1964 when he was replaced by JFK) 1985 dimes are commonly found in circulation and are just worth face value.
Check that coin again, because what you describe doesn't exist. Ben Franklin was on the HALF dollar from 1948 to 1963.

It's Dollar not dollor and the coin is a Ben Franklin Half dollar not a "liberty" half dollar and value is likely $5.00 just for the silver, only high grade mint state coins have better values.
There is no such coin. Look at your Lincoln CENTS to see a picture of Abraham Lincoln. Halves minted in 1963 carry a portrait of Ben Franklin. They're worth about $6.
