By the serial number, it looks like you have a 1959 Browning Auto-5 Light Weight Shotgun. Value depends on condition. Used below 80% original finish start at around $400 and go up toward $1000 plus for near mint condition.
This is a method used to make shotgun barrels in the 1800's and early 1900's. Wires or thin steel strips were wrapped around a mandrel and hammer-welded. Belgian laminated would be one of the least expensive types of laminated barrels.

We cant find one for you here. Browning Arms Co never made a shotgun with damascus barrels as far as we know. Its possible that a gun was made with those barrels built on one of Brownings patents.

Value is too difficult to be accurate without seeing the gun. Condition which includes the amount of original finish and original configuration will determine value. Recommend taking it to a gun shop for appraisal.
