value would depend on overall condition. metal finish, original, bore condition, manufacturer, date.......................holster, spare magazine ??
I hope you can back up the fact that it was a German general's luger ????
however, if you can prove it belonged to a general, it would be worth more...

Don't know about the value, but the Model 94, Serial No. 2546761 was made in 1962, making it a pre-64 piece.
100-350 or so
The Winchester Model 64 was serialized in the same range as the Model 1894, and since the Model 64 was not introduced until 1933 (over serial number 1000000) there is no Model 64 bearing the serial number you list. The Model 1894 (or '94') with that serial number is approx 1909. sales@countrygunsmith.net

100-400 USD. The model 64 is stainless steel.
Actually you have a post 64 model 70 rifle which was made at the end of the year 1964.In order to have a pre-64 model 70 rifle it would have to have a serial number of 581,470 or less. All Post 64 serial numbers began at serial number 700,000 which Winchester skipped to so they could commence with the production of the new Winchester model 70 design at the end of 1964.As far as value is concerned, you would have to provide a more detailed description of the rifle overall condition including the amount of blueing remaining, wood condition, and the condition of the bore,to get a accurate value.
Your rifle was built in 1964 but is considered a "pre-64" as the new serial number series with the post 64 actions started at 2,700,000. Value can not be determined without pictures. Send some to me at gohuntn@telus.net and I would be glad to tell you what the rifle is worth.
