The price of a Lladro figurine varies, depending on where one would purchase it. Lladro figurines can be purchased at the Llandro site or on amazon. Prices vary from as little as $50 to anywhere up to over $300.
Lladro is a specific brand of collectible figurines. Some stores which sell Lladro figurines are eBay and Amazon. Currently, Macy's online is featuring a Lladro "Rose" ballerina figurine for about 300$ (USD).
The value for current Lladro figurines are either holding steady, or are dropping slightly below their original selling price. However, many Lladro figurines from the 1960s sell for several hundred dollars.
Hi. You really need the item number or a better description. There are many Lladro boy and dog figurines in different poses and finishes. With a better description, pose, finish (matte or gloss) full color or white. I would say it is probably valued around $20-$50 but which one you have makes all the difference.
To tell if a precious moments figure is real look at it and you will see a seal on it [not an animal seal!]

I'm feel certain the value of your LLadro figurine depends on the subject, age, condition, and demand for that particular one. Price guides are available at some bookstores and maybe on line. I don't believe I've ever seen one worth less than about $100 and I'm sure some are worth much more. If you've got one, take good care of it!
Yes, any figurine that is damaged or tampered with ourside of its box will lose value.
