Star notes are usually only worth a small amount more than regular bills; they're just bills that were reprinted to replace damaged ones with the same serial number.

Given that a regular 1957-B $1 bill sells for about $1.50 in average condition, you could figure on $2.50 or so (retail) for a star note. A dealer will of course pay wholesale.
