Best to ask a gunsmith for help.
Requires a phone call to Colt to find out.
The Colt Pony Series 90 has no safety because it is not deemed necessary. The .380 caliber pistol is what is called a double action auto. That is to say the first squeeze of the trigger both cocks and drops the hammer in the same manner as a revolver. Because the first squeeze also cocks the hammer, it has a long pull (the distance the trigger travels backwards), and it is highly unlikely that such a long pull could be made accidentally.
Colt sells them.
At least $600 quickly but if you list it long enough and hold out I think you could get $800 (at least) for it. So it depends on how fast you want it sold. Go to gunbroker.com, create an account for yourself and check the history of sales.
