Colt Model 1877 "Lightning" Double Action Revolver, made 1877 - 1909, total production 166,849 The collector's name is "Lightning", but this goes only for cal.38 Colt. Within the same serial range, and in the same complexion, was produced the "Thunderer" in Cal.41 Colt.

Unknown Belgian maker. These were copies of the Colt Model 1877, made in caliber .38 Colt Long. While a .38 Special WILL chamber, I would not reccomend shooting it.
