What is the value of a model 24 Smith & Wesson revolver with a 4" barel? It has never been fired.
Good question! I've wondered about that myself quite a bit as well. Sherriff Bannerman definitely carries a Smith & Wesson revolver, judging by the inscription on the right side of the barrel, but it is unknown which model it is. It is mostlikely a Smith & Wesson Model 66 .357 Magnum revolver, judging by the wood grips and the stainless steel finish. The Model 66 is the stainless steel version of the Smith & Wesson Model 19, which was the first .357 Magnum revolver by Smith & Wesson.I don't know for sure, butI'm almost positive it is a Model66. Hopefully this helps!
