Glock .40
I'm reasonably sure it's the Glock 23 for most agents.
They were using the Glock chambered in 45GAP but have just switched and went to the Glock in 45ACP.
Well, "police issue" according to which department? Glock pistols can hold anywhere from six to 17 rounds, depending on the model. It all depends on which one the department you have in mind uses.
Glock 22 .40 calibre
The Los Angeles Police Department's (LAPD) standard issue handgun is the Glock 17 Gen5. This firearm is a 9mm semi-automatic pistol known for its reliability and accuracy. It has been chosen for its durability, ease of use, and consistent performance by the LAPD.

I believe the current standard issue is a Glock 23, but I'm not sure. Someone else please correct me if I'm wrong.
A new Glock 22 typically runs about $500. A used Glock 22 in excellent shape can range from $350 to $600. Everything really depends on the generation it is, condition (which should be perfectly fine, i mean it is a glock), if it has any extras, and if it is police issue or not. I would say a police issue in good shape would probably be worth $500-$600 easy.
1989
FBI and US Marshals issue Glock 22.
Assuming you mean U.S. Marshals, according to usmarshals.gov, it's a Glock .40 caliber, but it didn't specify which model. I know a guy that is a marshal, and if I talk to him in the near future, I'll ask.
