Can you tell me the approx value of a 1869 Napoleon 111 empire coin and also a coin I believe to be a spanish dollar with the wording " dei gratia carolus 1111" on it dated 1792
That's a half dollar coin, not half cent. If it is authentic, it is worth several hundred dollars. If it is one of the reproductions sold to tourists in the 1950s, it's still worth $15-$20.

I am assuming that it is an 1852 minted in Philadelphia since the vast majority were. For a certified coin in AU grade the value is between about $250 - $400 depending on what grade AU it is (AU-50, AU-53, AU-55.....).
A denomination is needed, post new question.
The 1852 Silver Three-Cent Piece is the highest mintage coin of this series. Because it's the smallest US silver coin, the condition is very important, coins that are bent, cleaned or have been used as jewelry have almost no value. Average retail values run from $25.00-$45.00 in the lower grades and $50.00-$150.00 in EF-40 to AU-50 grades. Uncirculated coins are $160.00-$200.
