I have been seeking a similar answer. Some of the websites I have visited indicate that they are selling for $100-200. I'm not sure how accurate that is, though.

You are referring to a Model 66. Depending on the condition, length of barrel and choke, it should bring between $125 and $200. These are frequently listed at www.gunbroker.com.
what i did to get an idea on what it "could" be worth, is to look up online stores that have them, and compared mine to them. they have prices listed so i guesstimated mine.
If it's 100 %, value is around $160.00. mfg. 1963-78.
I think you must be the same person who just asked about the gun, providing only the serial number. Since there was no other information, the question was answered assuming it was a shotgun. However - if it is a .22, you need to let us know whether it is a single shot lever action, a lever action repeater, a clip-fed rifle, or a pistol - all of which were sold by Ithaca in .22 cal.
