There was no coin called an eagle dollar until 1986. Eagles are special bullion coins containing 1 oz of silver and sold to collectors and investors.
Up till 1935, US silver dollars contained about 0.77 oz. of silver and were intended for use in ordinary commerce. They were worth exactly $1 because the price of silver was controlled.
Finally, no dollar coins of any kind were made for circulation from 1804 to 1835 inclusive, so there would not be an 1824 silver dollar.

If your coin says that it is a U.S. dollar it is counterfeit. No dollar coins were issued between 1804 and 1835. However, counterfeiters in the Far East have been churning out fakes for years, some very good, and others with errors that would be obvious to any collector. For example, I once saw a supposed Washington "quarter" that carried the date 1865, and an "Indian cent" where the inscriptions were upside down. Also, designs from that time can be confusing so please check the denomination and date again. If it's not a dollar coin (for ex. there were plenty of halves minted in 1824) or it has a different date, please post a new question so that it shows up on the "needs answers" list.
You have:A = K / B^3The given data gives value for K :K = ( A ) ( B )^3K = ( 28.5 ) ( - 4 )^3 = - 1824A = ( - 1824 ) / B^3Answer : A = ( - 1824 ) / ( B )^3 = ( -1824 ) ( B )^( -3 )
