The LEFT ventricle and pulmonary artery are not connected by a valve. The RIGHT ventricle is connected by the pulmonic valve.

The mitral valve separates the left atrium from the left ventricle and the tricuspid valve seperates the right atrium from the right ventricle.

Which chamber does blood leave the heart?

After leaving the right ventricle, blood goes into the pulmonary artery. This vessel carries the blood to the lungs, where gas exchange occurs.

What vessel in the heart conducts blood from the left ventricle?

The aorta conducts blood from the left ventricle.

Identify the vessel that conducts blood from the left ventricle?

The Aorta (the aortic arch)The left ventricle of the human body contains oxygenated blood. This oxygenated blood is pumped to all parts of the body except the lungs. Hence the left ventricle which has a thick cardiac wall pumps blood through aorta, the main artery, which is the only blood vessel that arises from the left ventricle.Left atrium--------> Left ventricle ----------> Aorta

How does blood in the artery leaving the right ventricle differ from the blood in the artery leaving the left ventricle to where does the artery leaving the right ventricle carry blood?

The blood leaving the left ventricle is oxygen-rich and the blood coming out of the right ventricle is oxygen-poor. It then goes through the pulmonary arteries and into the capillaries of the lung where the carbon dioxide is exchanged for oxygen.

the aorta
