There are two major rivers through which water flows out of Oklahoma: 1. The Red River which forms the border between Oklahoma and Texas, and 2. The Arkansas River which is sometimes divided into two major river basins within Oklahoma; the Canadian and the Arkansas. Technically there are also two small rivers that also exit Oklahoma: the Poteau and the Little Rivers, but both join the other major rivers soon after entering Arkansas (the Poteau joins the Arkansas and the Little joins the Red River), so these are often ignored in such discussions.
The biggest river in Oklahoma is the Arkansas river.

The lowest point of elevation in Oklahoma is located along the Little River near its confluence with the Red River in the southeastern part of the state, which is approximately 289 feet (88 meters) above sea level.
There is no such thing as a "popular river" in Oklahoma, or any other US states for that matter. However, I can tell you that the river in Oklahoma that has the largest width, length, height and size is the "Arkansas River", which runs through the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma --- which is located in the Northeast-Central section of the US State of Oklahoma (nicknamed "The Sooner State).
The Red River forms Oklahoma's southern border with Texas.
