Well, really it all depends on your age and height. Most teenagers should weigh around 7 stone. But if you feel you are underweight, you should try to eat a little more to reach a healthier weight. And if you feel you are overweight you should try to eat a little less.
Really, a teenager should not be too worried about weight. But if you feel you have put on a large amount of weight and carry a large amount of fat - it might be a good idea to talk to a parent or doctor
