What is the weigt of the sun?

Weight is a measurement of how heavy things are under the pull of gravity. You and I have weight, and so does air, trees, dirt, and so on. The Sun is not under a noticable pull of gravity, so we say it has "Mass". Mass is the same as weight on Earth, for instance, but not for other heavenly bodies.

The Sun's mass is 1.98855±0.00025)×1030 kilograms, or equal to about 333,060 Earths.
