You're asking how to properly tighten a wheel after taking it off and putting it back on?
In all cases, just alternate bolts. Tighten every other one a bit at a time. On four bolt wheels, tighten one a bit, than do the one across from it. Then do the same thing to the other two bolts. Rinse, repeat until tight.
