there is no code for it. you have to go to the intersection near the well, and talk to corphish. he will tell you something about it and sunflora. so now you go into the guild, bottom floor and sunflora will be right there next to crogunk's shop. talk to her and the map will come up and......wola! you can now go to the surrounded sea. there is 2 or 3 boxes at the end and an egg. you go home, sleep and then the egg hatches. NOTE: this only works if you have defeated dialgia and rescued scizor. also it might be good to have 2 blue gummis on you because you need to feed the 'hatched egg'. i hope this helped. you can find out more info to help you on YouTube. :)
