Kuro is pronounced "koo-roh." The Japanese r is more like a Spanish r; that is, trilled to some extent, making it a cross between a "d" and an "r." Put your tongue in the position you would if you were going to make a "d" sound, then, with tongue in that position, try to make an "r" sound. Your tongue should flap quickly.
I know black is kuroi (Koo-r-oh-ee) and pig is Buta (Boo-tah) so it's probably something like Buta Kuroi, but don't take my word for it.
in fact black pig is KUROBUTA, its found in kagoshima Japan and is a close relative of the English berkshire
