Density is not a descriptive word but a property of materials. Therefore, a material can have a high or low density. Density has units of unit mass per unit volume. "Specific volume" has units of unit volume per unit mass, so it is sort of an opposite. No real antonyms for "density" in the English langauge... some sense of "insubstantial" might work.
Capacity is another word for volume, which is the amount of space occupied by an object. Both mass and volume are extensive attributes of an object; that is, both depend upon the amount of stuff you have. Mass and capacity are independent of each other. A more massive (heavier) object made of a certain substance -- think gold -- may occupy far less space than a less massive (lighter) one made from a different substance -- think Styrofoam. But if you have objects made of the same substance, then a relationship between the two attributes can be established. The ratio of a substance's mass to its volume is called its mass density. The formula is simple: P = m/v, where P (the Greek letter rho) is the density. For example, if you have a ten kilograms of stuff and it occupies two cubic meters (of space), its mass density is five kilograms per cubic meter (kg/m3). So, to calculate mass density, divide an object's mass by its volume. Further, if you know an object's mass density and its volume, you can calculate its mass, and if you know an object's mass density and its mass, you can calculate its volume.

Mass refers to the amount of mass in an object.
The percentages refer to the amount of a substance of interest that is contained in a compound or mixture of that and other substances. Percentage by mass = 100*mass of substance of interest/total mass. Percentage by volume = 100*volume of substance of interest/volume mass. And, incidentally, the word is definition, not diffinition.

Mass relates linearly to volume and density. That is to say if you have twice as much volume of the same material (say water) it has twice the mass. If you have something twice as dense at the same volume, it has twice the mass. Note: this applies specifically to mass-density, the most common use of the word. Things like energy-density or population density have a more complicated and often less meaningful relation to mass.
