Arashi is Storm.

Kaze is Wind.

Is you just want straight Storm Wind then you'd say ArashiKaze.

However if you wanted to say it 'Wind of the storm' then it would be Arashi no Kaze.

Which sounds cooler and makes more sense in my opinion :P

Fuko/Fuuko = Wind child
Fuu = wind
Both can mean other things depending on which characters are used to write them.

wind is kaze or if joined to anouther word fu

if you mean whirl wind its tatsumaki

but you can't say twisted wind in Japanese
