This question can't be answered. It is unclear what you mean by back pressure. Maximum Allowable Working Pressure in a boiler is calculated using the rules for construction of high pressure boilers and construction of heating boilers in the ASME Code sections 1 and 8.
Step 1: you call someone to do it for you
Sounds like your main line coming in is small if it's 1/2 inch stepping it up to 3/4 coming in then down to 1/2 inch would increase your pressure
At STP(Standard Temperature and pressure), the temperature is zero degrees Celsius(273 Kelvin) and the pressure is 1 atmosphere. At RTP(Room temperature and pressure), the temperature is 25 degrees Celsius(298 Kelvin) and the pressure is 1 atmosphere.
1 bar = 14.5 psi. If you mean gauge pressure, ie pressure above atmospheric, 6 bar would be 87 psig

sch 1 cs = schedule 1 controlled substance. (Illegal drugs). So "sell sch 1 cs" means "sell schedule 1 controlled substance" or so I'm thinking.
"Sell sch 1 cs" likely refers to selling a Schedule 1 controlled substance, which is a highly regulated substance with a high potential for abuse and no accepted medical use. Selling such substances is illegal and can result in severe legal consequences.
SCH 1 refers to the highest level of drug classification in some countries, such as Australia. It typically includes substances that are considered to have a high potential for abuse and no recognized medical use. Examples of SCH 1 drugs include heroin, LSD, and cannabis (in some countries).
Yes, you can polish an SCH stainless steel pipe (40 1 1/2") with a 180 grit.

The second measurement or bottom number of blood pressure is the diastolic number. This number measures the pressure in the arteries between heartbeats.
The bite pressure of the Akita Inu (Odate styled) is 700 psi, equal to that of a lion.
It depends on the size, its material, how it was fabricated, its wall thickness, it working history, and how fast the pressure is applied. Typically any given pipe is rated with a "working pressure", which is "usually" 1/4 the "burst pressure".
It is: 80/80 = 1/1 as a simplified fraction which is the same as 1
"Under Pressure" (with David Bowie), 1981
1 percent of 80 = 0.801% of 80= 1% * 80= 0.01 * 80= 0.80
