My personal opinion on this is when a parent tells a child they are going to leave them someplace. Depending on the age most children feel at that point that the parent is abandoning them. You can see the fear in their eyes, but that is worse thing that can happen to a kid. The next thing is when a parent tells them they are stupid. This sticks with a child and they will believe it to be true. Once that is set it is hard to change that "tape" in their head and it will keep them from being successful. The absolute worse thing a parent can say to their child is "I,m not mad at you, I'm not upset with you I'm disappointed in you." Because then you can't change their minds.
I wish you were never born.
If you are an underage parent that lives with your parents they have a say in your life as it affects your child. They do not have a say over your child directly.
If a child is emancipated, the parent or guardian no longer has any say over the minor's life.
it depends on who the child is and if you have hurt that child teased that child and things like that
Until they reach the age of majority, a parent has the ability to say the child cannot work.
What should a notarized permission letter to take a child out of the country with one parent say?
When a parent says their child was an accident it means the child was planned.
its the same thing
The school calls social services to report child abuse not the parents. Specially if the child abuse is being done by the parent.
First of all can a child never be left to you without a judge having a say. The will is just a request form the parent. You can seek for approval for being the child's foster parent, of course. Then it's up to the socialworkers.
It is abandonment if the parent is not taking care of the child or aware that the child is in a good home where food, etc is provided. The child can turn around and say it is abandonment, despite the conditions.
You haven't mentioned if the parents are married or if there is a custody order. The parent should call the police immediately and say the child has been taken by the other parent. The police will require the details.
I meant to say "from the other parent" not "for the other parent"
