eat it all you want
I am a docter and i say candy is good for you
(Correct)
Sorry, if you were a Doctor I think at least you could spell the word "Doctor" correct. (Just Saying) Candy is not necessarily bad for you. If you eat a lot of sticky candy and afterward don't brush your teeth, then it is bad (for your teeth). This provides leftover food for bacteria to feast on. When they are eating the left over food they produce a type of acid. It is this acid that ruins your teeth. On the other hand if you eat candy at a normal amount a week and brush your teeth often you should be fine. But the refined sugar in the candy can lead to weight gain.
Candy is dangerous to the body because when your body gets to much suger you get high blood suger and when you get high blood suger you get Diabetes and when you get diabetes you have to inject insulin in your body to control your blood suger and that means giving yourself shots everyday in your arm or stomach and if you don't put your insulin in your body you get dizzy and nasiated and fainted so that's why candy gives a person a high risk of getting diabetes.
the worst is probably cotton candy although it's probably the best tasting the best for your body is
