In my opinion after studying and using cannabis I'd have to say it's the possibility to get very mild carbon monoxide poisoning from inhaling the smoke. Nothing serious will can happen to a user unless they have an allergic reaction to a chemical in the marijuana, my mother seems to be allergic to the smell of it and gets a runny noise. That's it
