Caucasions tend to get better paid than the Asian even though you both have the same qualifications and same degree from the same country. Here in Cambodia, "the Whites" have the greatest advantage. Average Salary is from $1,000-$2,500 a month (private schools). Public schools don't really accept foreign teachers and they don't pay well. Bigger schools tend to pay you alot more than the smaller schools. The local teachers here get paid only about $100-$250 a month. Probably a little more for the university level.
