There is a young girl named Jaz who was on a 60 Minutes documentary with Barbara Walters. But then, since transsexual people are most likely transsexual from birth, there is no such person as the youngest transsexual.

There is no answer - transsexual and transgendered individuals have been around since written language started. If you want to know the first public American transsexual person, Renee Richards is a good start.

It isn't known. Being a transsexual doesn't necessarily mean you have had SRS/GRS surgery, or even live as the opposite sex all the time: it relates to your self-perception and how it is at odds with your physical body. A transsexual sees one thing in the mirror but they are actually something else; whether you agree or not they are what they believe they are.
