AnswerRamzan is the name of the eight month of every year. In this month the Holy Quran had been revealed to the mankind through Prophet Muhammad (sal). The Holy Quran insists the Muslims to fast during the entire month (30 days) of Ramzan. In this month Muslims pay their Poor Tax (Zakaath) too. When the nine month Shawwal starts no Muslims are permitted to fast and it is compulsory to celebrate as festival by going to Mosque to thank the God, give charity to the poor and eat as usual. No one be allowed to starve in that day without meals. Though the people called as Ramzan Festival, the actual name is 'Id ul Fithr' the festival of Charity. In this day each and every Muslims are expexted to perform the religious rituals.Ramzan is celebarting by all over the world by Muslims.there is no unique of this.this is common for all Muslims in the world.
