Thekuwa is an indigenous cereal based product of Nepal. Especially it is prepared by the people of Terai belt of Nepal. It is generally prepared in festivals like, Chhat. The main ingredient is wheat flour. It looks like a cookie. Thekuwa has a mild sweet taste.
