The past and past participial form of "to think" is "thought" so the adjectives would include thoughtful or thoughtless, and the adverbs thoughtless and thoughtlessly. The present participle (thinking) creates the adverb unthinkingly. The adjective unthinkable creates the adverb unthinkably.
