depending on which sims game. sims one just make 2 sims of the opposite sex kiss and hug ALOT and one will ask "do you want to have a baby?" click yes, then a baby in a cradle will appear. on the sims two you must get two sims of the opposite sex in either a bed or hot tub and click "try for baby" if you hear the "dun da dun dun da dahhh!" sound after then your sim is prego expect a baby in 2-3 sim days. and i dont know for sims 3, ive never played it.
